ReplyDeleteA concur with the previous comment. The article from Dale Stockton is a must read. The program to highlight the issue of officer deaths and how to minimise same is a fundamental necessity. Many of the deaths of LEO's worldwide are avoidable. From a road safety perspective that is more than often the case. LOE's and other emergency workers need to do everything they can to minimise these risks. Dale Stockton's aritcle and crusade is a first and vital step in ensuring this happens.
